On August 17th we held Mamak Night in the Roundhouse. It was an event where we offered fellow members and the public to taste traditional Malaysian food, which I'm sure we missed very much.
The event was a success, with over 200 people turning up!
The food included: Nasi Goreng, Fried Ayam (Chicken), Satay, Chicken Curry, Veggie Curry and Roti Canai. Here's a picture of Bryant and Yamud serving food, doesn't the food look great? We catered the food from Ivan's Fernery, which is a Malaysian restaurant located in the RoundHouse, except from the Roti Canai and the Teh Tarik.
For those that liked the Roti Canai and Teh Tarik you can give your thanks to Yamud (Teh

Tarik) and the Prata Boyz from the International House, I personally found it very very tasty =) They've put alot of effort into making it, and it paid off! However we'd like to apologize to the people that did not manage to taste it because of the number of people that came.
We'd like to give thanks to EVERYONE that came! And for those that did not manage to come, don't worry, keep in touch with our upcoming events and we promise you a good time!
